## API描述
> API描述：提供对外接口，供外部系统获取证照时使用。
当必填字段不为空且数据传输格式正确时，状态值为200；

证照子类型、产品编码、批号精准查询，证照标题可模糊查询。
证照子类型或批号其中一个必传；
#### 证照子类型枚举：
> 1：自有产品证照、2：第三方检测报告、3：入境产品证照、4：原产地产品证照、5：产品批文、6：注册商标、7：综合其它、8：营业执照、9：企业标准、10：条形码、11：许可证；
